The eviid team has taken home another award recognising the technology’s excellence in customer service at the Modern Insurance Magazine CESA awards.
At a ceremony in April at London’s historic Café de Paris, the team picked up an award for Best Customer Service Product for Business along with a Highly Commended in the Best Use of Customer Service Technology category.
Chief executive John Ridd said: “These awards are another endorsement for the impact of eviid’s video technology. We’re proud to be recognised for working closely with our customers to help them transform their claims workflows with our secure video technology, ultimately improving customer experience and minimising resolution times.
“We were up against strong competition in both categories and it’s a fantastic endorsement of our technology to receive these awards following such a rigorous judging process.”
With awards season firmly underway in the insurance sector, the team is also delighted to have been shortlisted in the prestigious BIA awards for its Technology Award category. The winners will be announced at an exclusive ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall on 10thJuly. John added:
